We had faced an issue with airtel Dth setup box replacement. We have raised a request for the replacement on 9th June. They did not care to resolve our issue, instead we used to get messages informing our issue got resolved. We even spoke to the senior nodal officer of airtel but there was no use. It's been more than 2 weeks we were in contact with them they did bother to resolve the issue. Please take necessary action against these social irresponsible and looting people who'd not dare to take any responsibility of their service but require money from the customers.
