There is concrete information about misappropriation of funds in Haware Vrindavan Tower Towers A, B, D Co-operative Housing Society, Sector 9, Khanda Colony, New Panvel West-410206. The Society Chairman and Secretary Mr Deokar & Mr Kadam have sold their flats in the Society in October and December respectively. The Watchman Mr Ajay acts on the instructions of the Secretary and does not pump water to the flats despite water coming in from CIDCO. The notice Board displays the message "CIDCO kadhoon paani bandh aahe" whereas in adjacent societies there is sufficient water supply.
The Secretary & Chairman are harassing the members and forcing them to move out of the place
Strict and penal action has to be taken against them for misappropriating society funds
