PF has not been given for last two year

Dear Sir,

I would like to complain against Karmachari Bhavishya Nidhi Sangathan for not paying my provident fund for last two year. I worked with Society for ATM Andhra Bank, Sector-16 Old Faridabad, 01st Nov09 to 27rd Oct. I submitted my PF form after 2 months of leaving the job as per instruction given by the employer company. And now after even completion of one complete year neither I have received my PF nor there is any communication from above mentioned organization about when will it get paid.

My PF account no. is DS/SHD/33303/592, kiindly take an initiative and ask the company to pay it to me immediately.
