Not returning the gold after settlement of full loan 6 month prior to the close date

We took the loan for the 300 gram of gold and have settle the loan fully even though they extended the period to 30 versus 24 month period..

they told us to order jewell one month prior to the closing date and take the gold on that day .. when we actually went there instead of gold they said it is not ready and we will call after it is ready.. it gone for a month and after big fight they said it will be settled in the follwing week month ago but they have returned few grams worth of ornament .. but still more than 90 % not delivered

when we ask they are giving reason that the mangament is not reachable, etc..

Please aware of GOld+ and KFJ Jeweller they are scammers and cheeters..
