The above mentioned building is a Homeless Family Shelter located in the Bronx, NY. There is a huge lack of safety and security on the premises. Tenants are not in compliance with the Department of Homeless Services rules and regulations. They are outside of their units past curfew, they come and go as they please at late hours of the night sometimes they don't even sleep in their units. Most units are infested with pests because tenants don't keep them clean. They throw garbage all over the building, and have visitors who are loud and don't respect others privacy and right to rest. One Quality Management is supposed to provide security for the safety of all tenants, on the other hand Aguila Inc (who provides case management for the shelter families) is supposed to make sure all shelter tenants are in compliance with DHS policies.
