Poor service from paani ka docto

I have taken two year amc contract from aquaguard from first year we got problem, i have given compliant in 39883333, and my compliant no is 66942802 on 31/05 no one is rectify my aquaguard purifier from day one they are telling that today before 8pm person will come but till no one has came it is almost two week, we dont know what to do
