Arame Courier
Shipment not received

My parcel was sent from Mumbai (400028) to Lucknow (226016) vide AWB no. 616193133 of ARAMEX on 1st July the shipment was received at their Operations Facility in New Delhi on 2nd July and it stuck there forever till date. Nobody from the courier's local office at Lucknow has cared to clarify the status of shipment and to add insult to injury, guys sitting at Delhi office of this courier either don't pick up the phone at all or even if they do, thier reply is vague. In my opinion ARAMEX is the worst courier company, I have come across so far. They are totally non-professional.
