There is an offer going in big bazaar near forum mall hosur road. I bought a complan muzeli which they give me for a discounted fare. Coming back home which is 10 kms away i found the product has crossed the expiry date. Complained to the concerned persons and they give me an only option of returning back and getting reimbursed or a proper prouduct. This involves travelling 20 kms again spending couple of hours for this. Is there any option to teach them a lesson, since i find the entire retail always goofs up in many of their services like incorrect billing, unsafe products.
I am not going to any of their stores again. Advise to refrain from shopping in big bazaar.
