My name is Krishnakumar and an owner of Mahindra Verito D2.. I bought this vehicle in jan.. During the 10000kms
free service (dated 20/04) I asked the service officials to change my clutch cable because it was very tight and almost damaged.. But the staff told me that it is out of stock.. After a week's time (02/05) when i tried getting in touch with the spare parts division, the staff is so irresponsible that i had to keep on holding the call for few minutes for so 4-5 times for 2 days... The staff in service division are very very irresponsible.. I request you to take immediate action regarding this case which affects the reputation of your company..
