Poor customer service.. unprofessional behaviour.
To get a broad band connection after making a payment you are told that the only port avaialble in my area was given to one of old customer on priority.
Payment not returned yet with documents.
Have been waiting for four months and trying to reach a correct conatct person to secure a broad bandconnection and no help has arrived..
and the executive is refusing to pick calls all time saying that they are in meetings..Am not sure which one though and no help has come my way...
If this can be brought into attention, it would be a great help for me. I can be reached at my email id.
