I m tejal Soni & I m a Mumbai resident. I had gone to dubai for an official tour & I had purchased a gold bracelet of weight 19.62 grams from DAMAS jewelry in dubai mall. Before the purchase they told me that in case of any problem i can approach the mumbai outlet and they will help me out. I wanted to alter the size the size of the bracelet & when I went to the Mumbai outlet the weight of the bracelet was 19.57 grams. Also the people in Mumbai outlet were very hesitant to help me. The company cheats the customers saying that they can approach any outlet anywhere in case of any problems before selling the product & once the product is sold they are not willing to help the customers with their problems. I want the money of the difference in weight in the bracelet.
