Gas not deliver in time

Dear Concern Officer,

We are facing the problem non delivery of LPG cylinder in time since from last 3 month regularly. We have one cylinder of Indane Gas (distributor’s) Dushyant Gas Services, Pingli Road Karnal against consumer account number D-23784 in the name of Parveen Kumar Sanan. We had booked on 30.09.201 booking no. 9919 after 20 day’s of delivery. The agency didn’t give the delivery till date. How we can manage our basic need?

Please confirm if you have the fix deadline committed by central body.
