I do not want to avail Supreme Combo Plus Offer given by Effort BPO Ltd. of Delhi on the date 25th Oct since I have to pay extra money in terms of interest in my credit card billing. So I want to cancel their transaction done of amount Rs 9, 900 on 25th Oct.
Effort BPO Ltd. of Delhi called me on 25th Oct to give me, to avail after Diwali offer named as Supreme Combo Plus Offer, since ABN AMRO Bank was selected me to avail this offer among the Credit Card users in India. The offer was free of cost which was said by their Customer care officer, and it was not reflected in my billing cycle so I gave credit card details to them and the amount is credited from my account, it is now reflected in my billing cycle.
On 3rd Nov I got a message from them that offer will be available within 20 days i.e. before 23rd Nov, but till now I am not getting any offer and I have to pay extra money in terms of interest in Credit card.
Without getting any offer how can I pay the transaction amount. When I talk with Customer care officer about the cancellation of transaction, they always say that they will talk with their senior about this matter and called me same day, but till now I am not getting any assuarance from them.
Therefore my request you to consider the case and cancel the transaction made by Effort BPO Ltd, Delhi of amount Rs 9, 900 on 25th Oct.
