Hi, I had ordered a bouquet and a black forest cake to be delivered for my hubby for our wedding anniversary on 14th Feb'2011 between 6.00am - 8.00am. The order number is FC090211112. The online payment got debited instantly from my account without any problem with the site. The amount for the flowers and cake with the midnight delivery charges came upto 979/- however the order confirmation report from the site mentioned only the flowers but total amount was 979/. The details about the cake did not appear.. Immediately I got a call from the owner confirming the transactions and they promised the cake and the flowers will be promptly delivered as mentioned. However on 14th Feb, only the flowers were delivered and the cake was missing. When I called and spoke to the owner, he said that they had missed seeing the cake details in the order request and they would send the cake by afternoon (the owner's tone was very curt). I waited the entire day, no calls from them and cake was not delivered. I was so desperate and upset about the whole thing. I tried call all their possible nos, (9840032104, 044 28342658, 9940032789) no response, When I called 9789837234 the owner Seema picked up and she was so so rude (unbelievable) as if she was talking to her staff, she just said that they were short of staff's and she had no clue about the cake and she hung up on me, and whenever I tried calling her she disconnected my calls on seeing my number. I at least tried 50-60 times to all these numbers and finally gave up and sent an SMS at 6.30pm (14th Feb'2011) to all these numbers stating that I wanted the cake request to be canceled and the amount refunded however no response. This morning again when my husband called from my mobile, his mobile these numbers they did not pick up, finally we were able to reach them from our land-line and he spoke to Seema and her husband again they were very rude, did not apologize for the mistake. We had asked for the refund. I called to check on the refund status at 12.48pm to the owner's number and when I discussed about this entire mess-up and said will be taking this up with the consumer forum he spoke very sarcastically and rudely, literally humiliating. He just said you do whatever you want, I have now processed a refund request but you will not get your money now, only in your next statement cycle you will get the refund. Do whatever you can and he hung up. This has been a real worst experience for me, with so much of love I wanted to surprise my husband and I ended up the whole day with tension following up with this Company and in the end they treated me like a piece of shit..
