Purchased Inva Gold 500 Exide Battery on14-08 with 36 months warranty from M/s DigitalPower Enterprises. One Cell of Battery became defective within a period of 20 months and battery is not giving

backup more than 15 minutes. Please look into the matter to enable me to get replaced above Battery.
