As per IT DEptt. TIN-NSDL my PAN card was despatched in the I week of July, 12. The courier Agency who is having tie-up with for PAN card delivery is not delivered till date (31stJuly, 12) though it is confirmed to NSDL as the same is delivered on 20th July, 12. In the past also 2 cards were collected personally from their Tarnaka Courier office after waiting for more than 12 days.
On tracking of PAN card with WAy Bill No. 20112131126 it is showing as the same is delivered on 20th July, 12 as shown below, which is not correct.
"Your PAN card has been delivered on 20-Jul by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. 20112131126"
IT Dept. Officials needs to take up the matter with Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd, Mumbai and see that the PAN cards are delivered promptly. IT Dept can engage more courier service providers for prompt delivery of PAN cards to customers.
