Corrupt windows nd slow start up

Hi,

i bought a hcl laptop last year in august. Product desc-HCL LeAPTOP P39 PDC, product code- AXOP3921 nd machine sr. no.-4094AX353561. i m encountring manyproblms. every nw nd then my windows gt corrupt. The system is really very slow. There is a prblm evn in its camera. so, many times i have reinstalled windows in it. But the problm remains the same. its jst 5 months i have bought this laptop nd i m encountering so many problm.

i m not the 1st one writing this complaint. i hav seen such complaints before also. nd my antivirus is always update. please tell me wat to do??
