Amount debited but order not placed

I have placed my order no.903259849 for Everwel Gold 72 Pcs Dinner Set, and done my payment of 2799 through ICICI netbanking. Rs.2799 is deducted from my account but the page shows that Payment decline, Sorry we are not able to process your order with HomeShop18.

I called the Customer care they said we have not received the payment for the said order and you may place a new order with us. But when I informed them that the amount of Rs. 2799 is already debited from my account and I also gave them the payment ID number, the customer care executive cuts the phone. I have also mailed them the scan copies of Bank statement and the payment statement for the order 903259849, yet there is no response from them till now. HomeShop18 has a worse Customer care service and unprofessional too.

As the amount of Rs. 2799 is already debited from my account. So, please look into that transaction and place my order or Refund the money back to my account.
