I am using the Airtel internet connection more than 6months, in this 6months i have complaint more than 10times regarding internet not working, but service engineers coming the last miniuts only which is given the time by customer care, they are not profosianal engineers, they doesn't know about why its disconnecting, i gave the complaint regards internet not working in last thursday, one person is came next day, he was shortout the problem, after 10minuites again internet is not working, i complaint again to airtel customer care, problem not solved, again i gave the complaint regards the same on 27th of september, customer care people gave one SR no 24808438, they said problem will be solved before 17.30 on 29th, but no is coming to my office till 17.00pm, i was loose around 4000/- rupees from my business in last few days because of your poor service. If Airtel is treat the same, will be loose good customers, take care of your service properly, am not loose my money, thats why i have taken new connection from BSNL, Thank you for your best service...
