I have bought an aquaguard of your company which was purchased by me from your authorized central traders the Mall road Shimla H.P.and after installing the said set which is Forbes aquaflo designa the three stylish water purifier with ultra violet technology, It was purchased on dated 7-7 and after installing the same on the wall and after doing the need full requirements as given in the booklet of the product it started giving us the same quality of water as it was coming from the ordinary tap of water till today it gives us the muddy water as the water of our house which is being supplied to us by the municipal council so I am sorry to say that this product is worth then the ordinary filter of the water it does not purify the water, Sir please contact your dealer in Shimla so that this product may kindly be checked and the problem with in the set can be sorted out sir my Telephone number is 01783 238752 sir every member of our family was very happy when this product was purchased but after seeing its results we are very disappointed and every member of our family is saying that please return back the set to the company we do not want it and they are saying that they are happy with the old ordinary filter which is giving 100 times pure and clean water then this product of the company which is very costly.
