I 20634
Defective side lock

Hi,

I have purchased one suitcase Identification No- I 20634 on 10th Oct, from M/S PIXEL IMPEX PVT. LTD>, 110 Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700025 . The Money receipt no is -57 dated-10/10.

I found the defect in side lock on 12th after arriving at Dubai. After my return to kolkata, on 17th oct, 10 i had given the same suitcase to the said shop for its repair or replacement. After three weeks of retaining this suitcase with them they had returned it back to me without any repair or replacement.

I am sorry to say that their services is very bad and i didn, t get proper reply from them and now got frustated and extremely dis satisfied with your products though i am a regular customer in that shop.

I believe, your customer service dept. can help me in this matter and will take appropiate actions for its replacement early. I travel a lot inside India and as such i am facing serious problem for using this suitcase with the lock problem.

Hope to have your early reply and actions on the above.
