My Washing machine was not working before 2 months and I have raised a compliant against it. Even if it is on Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 years for which I paid around 3600, IFB is not taking any steps on this compliant and this is still open and no one turns up for service. When I am calling the service, they say the will be sending out a service personnel immediately. But service didn't come till date.
