I have been transferred from Himachal pradesh, so i have taken termination voucher from my gas agency (ASC KARCHAM.termination voucher No;21102340000100) on17/12.but when i produced this voucher to pushpanjali gas agency, muzaffarpur, bihar.the manager of gas agency told me that new connection will be issued after online verification of my termination voucher. After one week, the manager informed me that the distributer (ASC KARCHAM) might have failed to upload your termination status on IOC website, so it is better to contact ASC KARCHAM.But the phone No. printed on voucher (01786-271600) is not in working condition.
kindly help me in this matter so that i can get my LPG connection at the earliest.
