I had purchased Klassic Kurlon mattresses from KURLON Nest, Faizabad Road, LUCKNOW on 27th Nov.2009. these mattresses sacked within two months of time and these were replaced by another pair of mattresses in the month of Jan./Feb, 2010. These so called new mattresses again sacked a complaint was again lodged with a request that if possible that these mattresses may be replaced with ORTHO mattresses. On this I was informed that I have to bear the extra cost if I choose a higher variety or I will have to buy any other product if the difference of money is due on the company. In this case the Ortho variety was cheaper by Rs.500/.The Nest replaced me with new Ortho mattresses requested by me and accordingly I purchased one bed sheet worth Rs2145/ and paid the balance amount of Rs.1645/ through Credit card. After use of these mattresses for 2 or 3 days I was called by the Nest people to return the ORTHO mattresses as the company has not accepted my request for the replacement. I immediately I exchanged these ORTHO mattress with another New pair of Klassic mattress. Since, the Company has no exchange policy I had requested the Nest, Faizabad to take back this bedsheet and return my money Rs.1645/ as I had to buy this sheet under compulsiom. I sincerely hope that this time your new mattresses does not sack other wise I will have to lodge another complain.
I just fail to understand if the Company does not have an exchange policy why I was allowed to change these mattresses.
