THIS COMPLAINT RELATES TO THE CITY "NAVI MUMBAI" THAT IS NOT LISTED IN YOUR WEBSITE.
For a long time NMMC has had a website designed to accept on line payments for Water charges and Property tax. Unfortunately, this site is extremely unfriendly and frequently dysfunctional and cause inconvenience to the consumers.
The irony is that if the site functions efficiently, it will benefit NMMC a lot more than there clients! I request the authority to take an urgent action in this matter and provide a user friendly website for the consumers.
They must realise that the wages of all of their employees comes through the payments made by their consumers.
