No action taken after a month of application given

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a complain against Sabarmati Gas Ltd, Kalol Branch.

I had given an application for my residential PNG line modification before a month (6/7).

They didn't reply even after 10 days.

again I call back to remind my application they send a person for estimation of type of work & he told me it will round about Rs. 1050 for such kind of modification. after such communication he never come back for further process.

After another 15-16 days I again remind to gas company to attain my case they send another person for estimation (2nd time) and this time he told me it will charged Rs. 3500.

Now, will you plz tell me that how can it be possible that the same company will estimate different amount for same kind of work.

By today I had visited the SGL office at kalol for my issue. I had a discussion with the head of office & again he told me that SGL person will give you estimate.

Now My problem is that what is this phenomenon to attain the customer. After giving application I am still waiting for result.

Even a contractor of SGL kalol call me and said I will do your work illegal And you pay me Rs. 1100 Cash (Not by cheque/DD towards SGL)

Now tell me what should I do in this case.
