Shoes replacement under warranty

Hello Sir,

I have purchased a shoes worth of rupees 3800 / - from Adidas showroom before 2 months ago but they got spoiled from the frontend and when I went to replace it the owner is miss behaving and said do whatever you want but we are not not going to replace it because its not a company mistake.
