I Sachiv Kumar had purchased Nokia E-63 on 4-oct, I faced some problem on 15-july (the power is not switch on) on same day I go to Nokia Service Centre UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD they said that ur phone is not in warranty because of some technical problem they asked for me the ESTIMATED VALUE it is 110/- i paid by cash. Till now I not received any feedback by UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD today (21-07) when I reached on service centre, the office is closed with the mark of OFFICE ARE OPEN AFTER 2 P.M.

But service centre staff available inside the office. They Peeing form the window When I asked for my phone they are laughing badly.

Problem Facing.By UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD, F-101-102 First Floor Krishna Plaza Plot -12 Sec-4 Dwarka New Delhi.

1. More than a week I never received any feedback from UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD.

2. For money making they said ur phone is not in warranty.

3. Mis-behavior of staff.
