I was registered a complaint to your Head Office at Delhi. The complaint is registered of your Delhi office in the Serial No. 39291, Dated 01-02. After this complaint your mechanic was checked the battery and give the suggestion to me that this battery is faulted so it will replaced.
After hear your mechanic opinion I was send this battery the service center at Gwalior Dated 03-02, Recept No. 843, the firm name of R.K. ASSOCIATES, S-23, Sanjay Complex, Jayendraganj, Gwalior. He was checked this battery and tell me that this battery will be replaced.
There is no battery is given to me till date 09-03, 02:00 PM
