I am sharing you the case with you with the great hope to get a
positive response:
In the month of August we met Mr. Vinay Kumar a representative of
Opulentus -Overseas Consultant (Delhi) at the following address:

As we were trying for the outside immigration. Basis my qualification
he advised me to go for Australia and further advised me to go for
Internal review (IRR) because as per them it is done in consultation
with Australian Immigration department.
We have paid Rs. 1000 for the same. As per the report provided to us
I can apply as a Company Secretary. Although I want to apply as an
Internal Auditor (as I am CA and CS by qualification. However basis my
experience they said you can not go ahead as an Internal Auditor.
We agreed for the same. They told us that the total fee for their
services is Rs. 60, 000 but if we pay in one go the same will be Rs.
45, 000. I paid the full money amounting to Rs. 45000 through Axis Bank
net banking.
They have provided us the detailed list of the documents to proceed
which i could do with so much of efforts and submitted the same well
on time. However to my surprise, with in few days of my submission
they have written an email to us that my case has been put on hold and
they can not proceed further. You would be further surprised such
emails are not sent to our personal IDs but to their internal systems
which as a customer you don't check on daily basis.
When we asked for the source of information basis which my case has
been put on hold i am unable to find the answer till date. Further we
came to know from them only that they are not authorized to deal for
Australian immigration as they don't have required memberships.
Since that day we are asking for the refund of my money from them but
they are just passing the calls to one or the other person and somehow
we could manage to talk to one of the person (Ms. Pramitha) and they
confirmed over the phone that they agree with our request and they are
proceeding with our refund request. We have received the email (on
their internal system) that they have proceeded to the refund request.
Now when we are calling them to find out the status they are not
giving any response and since the last fifteen days they have even
stopped responding to our call. The last message we could see on their
system is that they will let us know by March 06 on their
response to our request.
We seek your help in getting our money. In case we need to submit any
supporting documents including emails, payment supporting documents
etc please let us know we would be happy to provide the same.
