I want to inform you that i booked one parcel at DTDC couriers Opp thakur mall, station road Borivali west. to lucknow and Distributor's Name Mr. SANTOSH. your DTDC service is really giving me very bad Experience which is very pathetic for me. it's second time when my consignment was lost and your Office person's they are really such a duffer and their behavior are very bad. i can't understand why it's happen's again. No buddy is ready to listen anything they giving me simple answer that "your consignment in lost." So please provide me Better solution... What should i do...?
Is this the service of a courier company...?
I had to suffered a lot finacially and as well as mentally. I am planning to file suit in the consumer forum.
