I SUBMITTED MY PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM IN BHAGALPUR SPEED POST OFFICE ON 18-07. They gave me a receipt which has a number like BGP-W-06-0444, but this is not a FILE NO because file no starts with PAT for bihar. Till now there is no news... nearly 3 months have passed. Kindly help me with any information if possible.
