Megasoft refuse to take care of my website listings after repeated attemps to get the matter resolved. I asked for a refund because it took them 7 days to reply to some pay per click advertising ads I wanted to run. I didn't think they were even going to reply after not hearing from them in a few days. Well they finally emailed back to let me know my ads where running 7 days latter. Since I didn't think they were going to reply I ran my advertising with another source. I checked my ads with them and they had my ads listed under keywords that have nothing to do with my site. There trying to place the blame on me saying I pick the listing words. I picked keywords relevant to what my site offers. I am an american and don't even know what this keyword listing is. Here is just a couple more keywords they had listed for my site just to give you an idea of what there charging me for automobiles, d36e97d, smlogcfg, sahtm067, d36e96c, c8514sys, d36e966 this is just a small list.
I have been charged for about 50-60 keywords ot this nature. I don't even know what these keywords are relevant to, but I do know there not relevant to my site. I just want everyone doing business on the internet to know what kind of company there dealing with if they choose to deal with "Megrisoft" or Idofind for there pay per click advertising or any other business matter. I feel a company that doe's not have there customers best interest as a number one priority then they don't deserve our business. So just be aware of "Megrisoft" or Idofind as they are not customer friendly as they claim. They also give you an email address to contact them only to have your email come back undeliverable due to the address no longer accepts email. Now how professional is that.
