Be careful, if you are opting for Praveen travels. They are big time fraud!!
I am doing the posting because i am the victim of Praveen travels 2 times in a month.
It happened that i booked the bus ticket from Praveen travels. When i reached the board the place. My confirmed seat is already given out to some one else. I was so disappointed. I never thought they can give my booked ticket to some one else. Thought it might have happened accidentally.
Next time as well i opted to travel with Praveen travels, and the same has been repeated. When i requested for my money back and conveyed my concern to the customer support of Praveen travels. Instead of apologizing what they have done. They started threatening, harassing and started using all abusive words.
Come forward and blacklist them on internet so they don't play with any ones feeling here after and help to put a stop to the kind of fraud service they are continuing.
