Reliance Communications charged me a refundable security deposit of INR 1000/- when I took a fixed wireless telephone connection from them.
When I terminated my service with them and returned the telephone instrument to their WEBworld outlet, they should have refunded this deposit amount to me after deducting the dues of my last bill.
They have failed to do this even after six months despite sending eMails to their Nodal Officers and Apellate Authority.
They reply to my eMails but take no action to send me the refund.
A shameful state of affairs for a company aspiring to be India's number 1 telecom service provider.
