I had purchased one sypcam through shopclues.com under Order : 4858467 and that product was malfunctioned hence I had made request for return for which shopclues has accepted and provide me Return ID : 48219, Ticket number : 366818 and Return Shipping label with detail to their address provided in their AWP Invoice : Faverdeal C/o, Clues Network (P) Limited. Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi – 110061 therefore I had re-shipped the product under tracking no. EK661938058IN through Speed Post on 17/07/2013 by spending Rs. 67/- along with your original bill and AWP invoice but they have refused the shipment and returned to me. Now I had sent many e-mail to them regarding this matter and I received reply in which they have mentioned that we have not confirmed to send the article back, then why you have sent the article back to us.If they have not confirmed then how would I have got Return ID and their return address.
Therefore www.shopclues.com has made a loss to me of Rs. 502+ Shipping Charge Rs. 67. Then what is the meaning of their claim “Buyer Protection, money back guarantee”. They are making people fool.
