I had bad experience when I gave my mobile phone instrument Nokia 2700 for service with complaint of blank display. Lady who received my instrument assured that company will backup contact details and restore it after service.
Company failed to restore my contact details. Also they tried to mislead me by making bogus claim that it was due to virus problem. Please take care.
