Its been over 2 weeks since whirlpool got in touch with me. instead of sorting out the problem themselves then have the audacity to tell me to send the email to another email address! ***! what about the consumers rights? unless in india consumers dont have rights! why must i run after you to give me info about when you will come and replace my ******* fridge compressor? which is still under warranty. you ******* attitude needs to change! i am so frustrated with you incompetent people. 2 weeks without a fridge! sick of your ********, next im going to sue!
