Dear sir

I was submit the request of change of ownership of my mobile connection from my brother name to my name i.e from parveen ahuja to amit ahuja. I was submit request on 11 mar at faridabad neelam- bata road airtel outlet, i submit all documents as they required along with payment of Rs. 1377 (including outstanding unbilled amount), but up to now nothing is done when talk at customer care they are saying send again scanned documentd and payment of rs 265 as unbilled amount, when alerady in my account there is rs -565. Please tell me what i do, please help me in solving this problem.
