My services were barred without any intimation & I couldn't even call Airtel customer service to find out what was going on.
I called from a non-airtel number which I paid for heavily & when the call got connected the advisor asked me to call back as their systems weren't working.
I asked for his supervisor & all of a sudden the system started working.
The supervisor told me that my services will get restored in 4 Hrs however even after 12 Hrs the services are still barred.
