Balance Deducted

Hi

I recharged my phone 9650443929 (Airtel) last evening for Rs.100. I had a balance of Rs. 87 to morning but i received two messages saying your balance is being deducted as you have applied for daily astrology services. They have deducted Rs.40 when I have not applied for the services. Also my repeated calls to the customer care has fallen on deaf ears as they are only disconnecting the call after connecting again. Kindly help me to get through the customer care and resolve the issue!!
