Could not reach customer care representative

Hi,

I was trying to reach Airtel customer care representative from past two days. To enquire about an offer. But The system is so bad... Only IVR speaks all the nonsense..N after selecting multiple options it finally transfers the call to Customer care representative. N just before it gets transfered to the person the call gets disconnected... Such a stupid service they (Airtel) provide. Atleast they should have some fear, as the protability has come now...
