My complaint is that there is no network at my place. The phone shows full network but nor can i make outgoing call nor do i receive calls. But receive SMS.
I have already registered this complaint against airtel before in Airtel customer care as well as consumer forum. But nothing being done to solve my issue. They say it is been forwarded to the Core dept.
Got a call when submitted a complaint on consumer forum but just to say that my issue is been solved and now i wont face any problems but the issue still continues. Had informed airtel on customer care on 16thJan. Still awaiting response and a solutions to my issue as today it is 2ndFeb.
Cant change to other network as they have sent a bill of 989/- for the month.
