I am very disappointed with airtel Borband services I requested to shift my connection on 7th July airtel customer support told me it takes around 20 days in a very rude manner so I decide to cancel my connection but on 8th July I got a call from retention department and they told me there is some upgrade issue so 20 days they require to shift the connection, I agree with them and in this period I paid rent for two house because you told me, you need 20 days but then after when I contact back on 23 rd to know the status they told me again for 22 days which is very very bad thing when I told him my actual situation they told me to do it on urgent basis but when I contact today they told me there is no progress regarding this even my application is not forward yet, that is embersing me a lot that's why I decide to withdraw my connection and now I am planning to post this concern with all of my friends in Facebook and linkedin, skypee and any social media I pay around 13000 thousand rs on your wrong commitment.
