i have been using airtel sim. on 12th march night at 22:42hrs, i received a message that i have been deducted Rs. 99/-.
I called customer care 198 at 22:57hrs, they told server is down and asked to contact after 2 hrs. later, i called in early morning 1:07 am and talked for 5 mins to customer care person. he told me that complaint is registered and refund will be given in one hour. again morning, 13/3 i called them and asked.one person name prabhu told that i didnt even call cusomer care. there is no details of the call being recorded. he talked harshly and told there can be no refund made. but i have records of talking for 5 mins at 1:07 am for s mins on 13/3.
