Non receipt of cylinder refill

Dear Sir/Madam

My complain is in the against of M/S Amrut Gas Agency located at silvassa near mashjid, silvassa vapi main road Dadra & nagar haveli - 396235.

1. It has been many days since I've booked the refill of gas cylinder but till date I have not received a gas cylinder refill. I called the agency to inquire they ordered me to get it myself from the agency. Despite of their mistake, the way their staff member interacted with me was rude, impolite and unacceptable. It has exceeded the TAT that is given for the refill. I need the cylinder refill immediately.

2. Since I have got 2 cylinders registered in my name, I should be able to book two refills with their auto0omated line. But HP gas automated system allows for only one refill booking regardless how many cylinders have you registered for. So when there is a need, its of no use having multiple cylinders.

Kindly help me resolve this issue immediately.
