This is regarding the so called well organised DLF IPL ..I booked my tickets for the RCB vs DC on 2/20... I have not recieved that the tickets till the evening on 07/04... I have also sent an email regarding the same on 01/04... I was informed that the tickets will be delivered... 2/ 3 days ahead of Matchday... finally i tried calling ticket genie on their Helpline No. 91-80-23611940.. and also a few numbers... 080-23611937/38/39, the phone is always busy or no one replied...
And finally ..whats shocking is that i get a mail from them that my order is cancelled...
