Dear Sir,

I took Highland Holiday Homes P.Ltd membership bearing No. HC-03-2218 (Type HC-03-GOLD) valid upto May but I am not getting any response on the phone nos nor reply for booking rooms at their assured places for their vacation club facilities. Pls arrange refund of Rs.20, 000/- paid by me as membership for 3 years at earliest.
