Incompetent, rude staff. No less expensive than any other gym and far less to offer. Shameful, despicable customer service. the trainers are no trained to handle special goals and needs of the clients.nor the dietician there nitya doesnt know wat to give for weight loss specifics.doesnt undstd the importance of our goals.after u pay ur done, very negligence in service.the club can market well but cant service well.they shld hire dedicatd employees for training and professionals.everytime havingfun with themselves in the desk is waht we can observe.they will cheat u saying that the trainers are certifeid non of them are certified or knowledgable they look muscular which cheats ur eyes.the cm alwyas shrugs her shoulder couldnt get to know wat she means.i was not able to make the trainer a huge guy or the dietician abt my goal nor the service faultss.so i quit the gym.i hired a home pt who is an ace trainer for my workouts.
