Never do teleshopping. Bought an Orbitrek exercycle duped by its teleshopping ad in a local tv channel. I was stupid to pay about Rs 15000.00. Barely six months after buying it, the cycle stopped functioning well as its pedal/chain have got stuck. Been calling their customercare number for the past 2 months. But except repeated promises to send technicians to repair the cycle, nothing has happened yet!
